VISITORS

Welcome visitors!

If you are thinking about visiting Woodland Heights, we want your visit with us to be special. We want you to feel at home and be a part of our church family from the moment you step into the building. You will be surrounded by caring, loving people who are eager to help you and your family grow, sharing with you during the good times, and giving you a shoulder during the tough times.

We want you to come as you are and be yourself. If you can connect with God more easily in your blue jeans then put them on. It also means that if a suit and tie helps you focus and prepare for worship, then wear a suit. Our focus is not on who wears what but whether people are connecting with God. We welcome you to worship with us!

Visitor Parking

You may park on the North or South side of the worship center area, or you may park in the designated visitors section at the west end of the church, entering through the fellowship hall.

Visitor Centers

Once you enter the building, we have a welcome center at the north and south main entrances, as well as a center at the fellowship hall entrance.

Finding a Sunday School Group

Woodland Heights is committed to teaching directly from the word of God, and because of that, we feel that a small group setting can be one of the most effective ways in learning. From preschool to senior adults, you’ll find a Sunday School group that's just right for you and every member of your family. You’ll meet friends for life, people with common needs, people who will encourage you, rejoice with you, pray with you.

Childcare

Taking to heart Jesus’ own love for children, we seek to provide a caring ministry to both children and their parents. Our workers have a love in their hearts for children and they desire love, nurture, and care for them. The children are encouraged to have fun, make new friends, and most importantly, learn about God and His son, Jesus. The children's area is located off the fellowship hall, and the check-in center can be found to the right of the fellowship hall entrance.

On Sunday nights, we invite your children to come be a part of our AWANA program. The AWANA program begins at 6:00 and ends at 7:30. You may enter through the Fellowship Hall entrance and sign in at that time.

Youth and Collegiate Ministries

With Conway being the host city of three universities, the need for an extensive student program is necessary. Woodland Heights tries to provide each student with a caring environment, one in which they will feel comfortable sharing and learning. Our youth meet in the fellowship hall on Sunday morning for opening assembly, and on Wednesday nights for 2MG. Our collegiate students meet in the education building.
